					Bought a home in 2024 in South broad street, Newark, NJ. Wales is by far one of the most hard working and down to earth agents that I have gotten the opportunity to meet. Not just from a business standpoint but as a person as well. I think I called Wales on a Wednesday or Thursday night and by that weekend we were already out and about looking at properties. I would literally call/text this man at all hours of the day and he would always respond in 5 minutes or less, the work ethic is top notch. Mr cruz took his time to make sure to listen to our request when we were looking for our home, made sure to keep us updated with any issue accompanied us to every house viewing. Made sure to listen to our feedback to give us what we wanted. After looking for a few months  We decided to stop looking, we felt a little  discouraged with all of the other buyers. I was a bit nervous at first because we knew we wanted someone that was active as possible to sell our home. We were very happy to find Wales as our agent. He sat us down on the table and gave us advice on what we should do and he did the research to find out what is the best deal with can get with our apartment. It wasn't an easy journey to sell this apartment but he made sure it did the best with what he had.
